Sparks are the interests that inspire you or the activities that energize you.
- What gets you going?
- What grabs you that pulls you so deep that when you
re-surface you feel like you’re back on earth again? - That interest, that joy or activity is your Spark!
Watch this video to help you find your spark

For clarification: A spark is something that inspires you. This should not be a video game or computer game. What is about the the game that you like? Is being able to think strategically, working with others to solve mysteries or complete tasks, creating or building, etc. What other activities can you do that have the same elements?
Flow
What is Flow? When you are in the flow, you become fully immersed in an activity. You are enjoying the activity so much that you hardly notice your surroundings. Once you become involved in the activity, the world around you doesn’t seem to affect you. You thoroughly enjoy it and feel energized. Watch this video of a street musician who is totally in the flow. He uses a loop pedal to record segments of what he is playing and replaying those at specific times in his performance. There is no room in Bryson's mind for anything other than what he is doing. He doesn’t even notice a woman starts fiddling with his busking money.
